Super type arch fenders upgraded from arch fender II, it is called V rubber fenders also. Among marine fenders, super arch rubber fenders have good anchorage, with features of super bearing capacity and higher energy absorption. Arch fender could be fitted vertically or horizontally, its energy absorption is 2.3 times higher than D type rubber mrine fenders and 3.5 times higher than cylindrical rubber fenders.
Super arch fender could be selectively bolted with low-friction, non-marking properities UHMW-PE face pads and frontal panels, this type of arch rubber fender is called SANP. The new design reduce bottom torsion of arch fender dramatically, prolong life-span of whole arch rubber fender system. UHMW-PE face pads are varied in colors and could be replaced easily. SAN and SANP arch rubber fenders are available in many sizes from 200 mm to 1000 mm high and 1000 mm to 3500 mm in length. There are many types of rubber compounds as standard. Special sizes are available also.
