Netless Guard Foam Fenders

Guard netless marine foam filled fender is another foam fender marine fendering system which has superior advantages comparing with rubber fendering system for harbors, offshores, military use and ship-to-ship applications. Netless foam filled fenders would absorb 40%~50% more energy than same-sized pneumatic rubber fenders or other similar marine rubber fenders, with relatively reaction force. the resilient nature of the foam filled guard fender give ability to confom to vessel’s hull contours and extremeities. this will elimate point loading like port fenders, generating a great surface area.

Construction

Guard netless foam fenders are fabricated with closed-cell resilient foam, with tough polyurethane elastomer skin, reinforced with nylon filament.

We generally supply foam fenders with standard capacity. Low reaction capacity and high capacity are optional available also. Our guard netless foam filled fenders are manufactured complying with US Navy .and Coast Guard specification, and PIANC Guidelines.

Installations

Guard netless fenders are easy be installed due its buoyant structure allows floating installation work. the unique craftship of end fittings and heavy duty internal chains also are ideal options for hanging installation. Whichever installation, it include a 2 points and 4 points mounting arrangement. The typical mounting hardwares include: dock plate padeyes, botls shackles, swivels and stud link chain.
