Company Profile

Start Up

Ronsen Marine Fendering Sysem is the China leading products designer, manufacturer and global provider of fender technology with more than 20 years experience. Our focus is on providing specialized marine fendering solutions for the ship to ports, ship to ship in the ports, inshores and marine industries.

Since 2002, we began manufacturing of floating pneumatic rubber fenders based on Japan yokohama’s technology. Within recent years, we continuously improving our craftsmanship and quality, slowly but accepted by more and more ports and ship companies. Consequently, it get strong reputation for quality and service. In 2000’s, our company focused on international competitive and greater technological investment. We got the certification of ISO 17357:2002 issued by LIoyd’s, are considered as the designated supplier by many key industry contractors or end-users.

Now, we not only focused on the development of existing industries, but also attempting related industries and new industries. Upon the cooperation with domestic advanced academes, designed and manufactured the ship launching marine airbags and foam filled fenders. These prompted the company’s development in the depth and breadth, beening a provider of specialized marine fendering solution for the ship to port operation and ship to ship operation in the port, inshore, and marine industries.

Business
Basis

Our business include rubber marine fenders system, ship launching system and offshore foam buoyancy system, three big segments. We face to ship launching & dry docking, berth of ships, barges, mooring of boats, vessels in the maritime industry.

Rubber Fenders: Rubber marine fender systems focusing on ship to berth docking, ships hull, small boats, marines side protection. Our rubber fenders are made of raw rubber, synthetic rubber and chemical materials, shapes in cell, cone, cylindrical and square types etc. Fenders are manufactured in common, middle and high performance which are call CV and RPD. We are one of the specialized manufacturer provding qualified fendering systems for new ports construction and old wharfs rebuild. Fenders are certified by type of approval and PIANC 2002 standard.

Ship Launching Airbags: leader in airbags production, research & development, project engineering contracting. our airbags are produced with raw rubber and other chemical materials adopting whole holistic enlacing technology. Airbags in this technology have higher performance and safety coefficient than common type. Airbags can bear heavier loads in preset time. Materials of the airbag is formed in big tearing strength synthetic tire cords layers and rubbers. We tests rubber materials under tests of tensile strength, elongation at break, hardness, tear strength, compression set and ozone aging. Working pressure of each our airbag is equal or higher to requirements of ISO 14409. Dimension of marine airbags completed under given working pressure is within 3%, meet requirements of both clients and industry standard. Our marine airbags are tested by classification society like ABS, BV, LR etc. We pioneer in providing airbags and engineering contracting like ship launching and dry docking guidelines, design. Besides ship launching, docking, salvage & rescue as well heavy lifting are the two big applications of airbag.

Floating Pneumatic Fenders: we produce floating pneumatic rubber fenders with Japan Yokohama technology according ISO 17357:2002. pneumatic fenders divided into two initial pressure 50kpa and 80kpa, with chains and tire nets, sling, hydro and ribbed types. our pneumatic fenders are type of approval certified, and other tests accepted like LR, ABS, CCS and DNV etc. We pioneer to manufacture 4.5m diameter fender in China and activing in many big projects berth for small big well-known companies. We won their recognition and favourable comments through years of experience, reliable product quality. Our company provide full set of tests for fenders which include: material test, dimension test, air-leakage test, hydrostatic-pressure test. Pneumatic fenders are available in black, red and navy grey colors, shipped in deflated status, saving a part of shipping cost for clients. Sizes of fenders accepted both standard and customized and compressed up to 65%, showing a stable performance. Floating pneumatic rubber fenders can be equipped both with truck tires and aircraft tires based clients requirements.

Foam Filled Fenders and Buoys: foam filled fenders buoys are one new floating fenders for marines and ships. They were filled with foam acting as illusory medium to absorb energy generated by ships when they come to contact another ship or quay. Foam filled fenders have double performance of floating pneumatic rubber fenders and weight. They have advantages of unsinkable, unmarkable and higher energy absorption. Foam filled fenders and buoys are coated with colorful polyurethane skin coats. easier to be recognized and awared. We are the leading manufacture of foam marine fenders in China with nearly 15 years. We adopt high resilience EVA foaming material, with advanced production technology, sprayed by pure polyurethane elastomer skin. Our foam filled fenders are produced based on us navy guard and PIANC 2002 two standards. Foam filled buoys have similar shape as foam fenders. They are used to moor and anchor a ship or marine. Our company are currently the top leading manufacture in China to provide the buoys.

Broadening

In order to satisfy requirements of marketing, we supply other related industry products like pipe floaters, oil booms, rubber inflating hoses, floating pontoons etc.
