Ronsen Marine currently manufacture two types foam filled fenders if grouped with outer skin which are one coated with polyurethane elastomer/PU, Ron-Guard Netless Foam Filled Fenders, the other with rubber skin, Ron-Cushion Foam Filled Fenders. Foam Fenders with rubber skin is more stronger and tougher comparing with PU coated surely but with a relatively little higher weight. If classified with appearance of foam fenders, we have netted cushion foam marine fenders, netless guard type marine foam fenders, Yokohama type marine foam filled fenders, donut foam fenders and rubber foam filled fenders, shipboard foam filled fenders etc. six models can be manufactured.

Marine Foam Filled Fenders is produced with higher hardnessed closed cell EVA/PE foam core, larger tearing strengthed reinfored filament layers and self-colored elastomer skin.
Our foam filled marine fenders would come with following advantages:
  • Unsinkable and still workable while skin scratched
  • Double energy absorption and much lower reaction force of same-sized pneumatic rubber fenders
  • Stronger pull strength for two ends particular for fenders with stainless steel flanges and accessories
